How to: Update Billing information on my account


You can login to to do the following actions related to billing from IBS to your business.

  • See a detailed list of invoices and charges
  • See Payments that have been applied to your account
  • Change your payment method
  • Update your business information


  1. Click link to login to IBS's billing platform:
  2. If you know your password, please login
    1. If this is your first time or forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" link
    2. Enter the email address that is associated with your account and click "Reset Password"
    3. This will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
  3. Once you are logged in Click on any of the options in the menu to review information about your account

Change Payment Method on Account

  1. Click the "My Payment Methods" in the menu
  2. This will display the current default payment method on your account
  3. If you wish to add a new form of payment, Click "Add a New Credit Card" or "Add a New Bank Account"
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen
  5. Once the form of payment has been added, click the "Use this for future payments" button next the new payment method added
