How To: Add Disclaimers to a printed order

Overview

There are several disclaimers that can be added to a printed order for notices to be printed out for a customer.

List of disclaimers that can be printed:

• Order Notes - will appear in the body of every printed order
• Governmental Notice - - will appear in the body of every printed order
• Auto Glass Order Disclaimer - will appear at the footer (bottom) of every printed Auto Glass order
• Flat Glass Order Disclaimer - will appear at the footer (bottom) of every printed Flat Glass order 
• Mobile Technician Disclaimer - these will be displayed on the mobile app during invoicing for the customer to ackonwledge

Steps

1. In the left menu, Click the Gear Icon -> Configuration -> Shops

2. Click the Edit Button or double click on the Shop you wish to add the disclaimer to

3. Click the Messages tab on the Edit Shop screen
4. Enter the disclaimer that you want to print on the order
5. Click Update
