How To: View an Attachment on a Bill To Customer

Overview

There are TWO ways to view an attachment on a Bill To Customer.  

  • From the Bill To Customer Edit Screen
  • From the Orders Screen while creating or editing an order

Bill To Customer Edit Screen

  1. Click the Lists Icon -> Contacts -> Bill To
  2. Select the Bill To you would like to view the attachment for
  3. Click on the Attachments tab
  4. Find the attachment you wish to view and click the "Open button
  5. After the "Open" button has been clicked, the file will be downloaded to your Downloads Folder and show you a downloads box to view the file.  If your browser is not setup to show downloaded files, you will need to browse to the downloads folder on your computer to view the attachment.

Order Screen

  1. Open an order from the Order Lookup screen or the Order Search box
  2. If there is an attachment associated with the Bill To, it will display "Bill To Customer" in red so you know there is an attachment associated with the Bill To
  3. Click on the Attachments tab
  4. Click on the "Bill To Attachments" tab to see the attachments associated with the selected Bill To
  5. Click the "Open" button on the attachment you wish to view
  6. Select the location that you wish to save the file and click "Save"
  7. Use file explorer to browse to the location where the file was saved
  8. Double click on the file to view it
