How To: Add a Recalibration to an EDI Order for Lynx or Safelite

Overview

Lynx and Safelite require specific part numbers to be sent via EDI when performing recalibrations.  Please follow the directions below.

On the Quote or Order Screen

1. Click on the Parts Tab

2. Click the Add Custom Service button

3. Enter the recalibration part number in the Service ID and Description, then enter the Amount in Service Amount. (See below for a list of part numbers)

3a. You can click the Save Service for Reuse and then look the part number up using the Services button for future recalibrations

4. Click the "Add Service" button to add part to the order

Be sure to enter the part numbers exactly as shown below
