How To: Reset your Password
- Navigate to the Gear Icon in the left menu
- Click on Site Users
3. Find the user who's password you want to reset and click Reset Password
If that user does not have access to that email, you can look in the email log to see their new password
Click on the list Icon in the left menu, then Email Log
When the email log opens, look for a subject of Elmo Anywhere Password Reset. In the To column, you will see the email address that you reset the password for. Click the View icon on the left to see the new password.
