How To: Sort Installers on Scheduler

By default, the installers will be sorted using their internal key in the database.  If you want to put your installers in a specific order on the Schedule screen, please follow these steps.  

Please note, we do not perform any duplicate number checks on the installer sort number, so it is possible for you to enter the same number twice.  This will result in the installers not being in the correct order and would need to be corrected by entering unique numbers across all your installers.  We recommend spacing your sort numbers by 10 or 20 (IE: 1, 20, 40, 60 etc.) so you can insert new installers between existing installers if needed, and not have to renumber all of your installers.

1. Click the Gear Icon -> Site Users

2. Click the Edit Button or double click on the installer that you wish to assign a sort order to

3. Click on the Installer Setup Tab
4. Enter the Installer Display Order

In order for the sorting to work correctly, each installer that is displayed on your schedule screen MUST have an installer Display Order set.
