How To: Get help selecting a Glass Part

If the vehicle you selected has a lot of different choices, it may help to use the Elmo AI Need Help button on the Vehicle Lookup Grid.  This button will present a dialog screen that will ask a series of questions for you to ask the consumer to narrow down the specific part that is needed.  

Please follow these steps to use this feature.

1. Please select the vehicle using the Vehicle Search
2. When the parts are displayed in the Vehicle Lookup grid, you can click the Need Help button to launch Elmo AI.

3. Choose the part category that you want to filter

4. Answer the questions that are presented and click Yes or No based on the consumer responses to your question.

5. If you make a mistake, click the arrow in the top left corner to restart the process.  Once enough questions have been asked, you will be presented with a part.  To view the part options, click View Part.

6. This will expand the part in the Vehicle Lookup grid and move the part to the top of the grid so you can choose color and any additional parts required.
