How to: Create required fields

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Configuration -> Validation
  2. Click on the "Add ValidationRule" button on the top of the Validation grid.
  3. Give the new record a descriptive name.
  4. Select the order type you want to work with.
  5. Select the customer type you want to work with.  Selecting "Any" will add the required fields for all customers.
  6. Choose the section you want to work with.
  7. Select the field on the left and click the "Require >" button to move it to the "Required Fields" column.
  8. Repeat step 7 until all required fields have been added.
  9. Click the "Update" button to save your changes.
