Click on the "Add Service" button on the top of the Services grid.
Give your new service a description.
Enter the list price for your service in the "Flat Amount" field. If this is a surcharge, this field will change to a percentage value.
If you'd like to add this service/surcharge to every order, check the box titled "Add to Every Order." For exceptions to this rule, you can manually remove the service from the order after it is added.
If this is a taxable item, check the "Taxable" box.
Click the "Update" button to save your new Service.
