How to: Add/Lookup Parts
There are 2 main ways to add parts to an Order; by adding them from the Quote Screen or by clicking Add Parts on the Line Items Tab while on the Order Screen and using the popup.
The starting point for this guide assumes you have completed a Vehicle Lookup on the Quote Screen or you have Opened the Add Parts popup on the Order Screen with a vehicle associated with that order; you should see what is below.
Vehicle Lookup
- Select the desired Nags Windshield and click the expand glyph to see the Glass Options for this Vehicle; along with the Hardware Parts available for this Vehicle & Glass Part Combination.
- Clicking the Add Glyph will add the part to your line items.
- Glass Parts via Vehicle Lookup: Will be added to the Line Items along with: any parts marked as a Need Part, Labor, & Kit.
- Hardware Parts via Vehicle Lookup: Will be added to the Line Items
Nags Parts
- Select the Nags Part Tab.
- Enter in a search term, this can be any Nags Hardware ID, or Nags Glass ID. For a Nags Glass ID partial matching allows you to enter the Part Number DW01570 lookup as DW1570 or just 1570 as well.
- Clicking the Add Glyph will add the part to your Line Items.
- Additional Feature; you can highlight a Nags Part in the Grid and click the Show Vehicles Button. Clicking select on a vehicle will execute a Vehicle Search for that vehicle.
User Parts
- Select the User Parts tab.
- Enter in a search term, this should be the Part number you assigned the User Part you created. Hit enter or click Lookup to execute your search
- Clicking the Add Glyph will add the part to your line items.
Services
- Select the Services Tab.
- Available Services will be populated already from the custom services the user created along with predefined Nags Services.
- Clicking the Add Glyph will add the part to your line items.
