How to: Create a new Tax Entity

1. Navigate to Settings -> Configuration -> Taxes
2. In the top left corner click on the Tax Entity link.
3. Click on the "Add Tax Entities" button on the top of the Tax Entity grid.
4. Give a descriptive name for the entity (for  example:   Missouri State Tax).
5. Enter the tax rate in percentage form (for  example:  6%).
6. Enter an effective start and end date (for  example:  11/30/15 and 12/31/2019)
7. Click the "Update" button to save the entity record.
8. Repeats step 3 through 7 until all taxing entities have been added (for  example:  State, City, County).
