Quickbooks Web Connector - Is it running?
If you notice your invoices aren't importing into Quickbooks the first thing to do is make sure that your Quickbooks Web Connector is running.
To see if it's running you can click the up arrow in the bottom right corner and look for the icon.
If you do not see the Quickbooks Web Connector Icon you will need to click the Windows button (bottom left corner). Then under Q, find the Web Connector and double-click on it to run the program.
