How To: View my device’s Unique ID

A device’s unique ID can be a UDID, IMEI, MEID, ESN, IMSI). For each OS system Apple and Android there are different steps to obtain your unique ID.

Note: If you are using our Elmo Anywhere Mobile Technician app you can simply navigate to the Settings page and your unique ID will be displayed there.

For Apple:

• 1.       Launch iTunes and connect your device.
• 2.       Click your device’s name under devices list.
• 3.       Ensure you are on the Summary tab.
• 4.       Locate your device information including name, capacity, version, serial and phone number.
• 5.       Click on the serial number to reveal unique ID.

For Android:

• 1.       Go to device settings.
• 2.       Click About section.
• 3.       Search for IMEI or MEID number.
