How to Update your Payment Method Online

As an IBS Customer you have access to our online billing portal at https://ibssoftware.chargeover.com/.   This allows you to review your invoices, change your company information, and update your payment information.

Please follow these instructions to change your payment method

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://ibssoftware.chargeover.com/ (you can also click the link and it should launch a web browser for you)
  2. Please enter your user name and password and click "Log In"
    1. If you forgot your password or this is the fist time you are logging in, please follow the instructions below to reset your password
  3. Once you are logged in, click on "My Payment Methods"
  4. Click on "Add a New Credit Card" or "Add a New Bank Account"


Add a New Credit Card

  1. Click the "Add a New Credit Card" Button
  2. Complete the Payment Details form
  3. If your credit card has a different name or is billed to a different address other than your business address, click the "More Options" button to complete that information
  4. Click Save



Add a New Bank Account

  1. Click the "Add a New Bank Account" button
  2. Complete the Payment Details Form
  3. Click Save



Reset Password

If you forgot your Portal password or this is the first time you are logging in, please follow the instructions below to email a reset password to yourself.

  1. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen
  2. Enter your email address that we have on file for you.  This is the email address that we email your invoices or send communication from IBS to
  3. Click the "Reset Password" button
  4. This will send you an email with a temporary password for you to login
