EDI: SAFELITE Required Fields

The following fields are required for Safelite Invoices.

Schedule Tab:

Install Date - To choose an install date you must select a time and date on the schedule tab.

Insurance Tab:

Claim Number (Safelite Referral Number)
Deductible (if applicable)
Date of Loss
Dispatch Date
Referral Code (Safelite Referral Number, same as Claim Number field)
Program ID (Program ID is specific to the insurance company, this number is beside the Insurance Company name on the Safelite dispatch, see below)
