How To: Add the Card Connect Feature to Elmo Anywhere and enter Merchant Id

The Card Connect items will not show up as an option for payment until the setup has been completed. This consists of having the feature added with IBS and the Merchant Id entered.

Call support to request the feature to be added to your site. If you have a Merchant Id through Card Connect, we will need to enter this information as well. If you do not have the Merchant Id we can help you get an account set up with Card Connect and put the Merchant Id into our system.  Contact IBS at 800-959-5500 and select option 2 for existing Customers for more information.
