Elmo32 Error Occurred #15 FILE MISSING
Error #15 File MIssing occurs when the workstation (secondary computer) can't connect to your main Elmo computer.
The first troubleshooting step is to find the network drive and double click on it, this should refresh the connection to your main Elmo computer.
To do this in Windows 10:
- Click on the folder icon (File Explorer) on the task bar. If you do not have a folder icon on your taskbar, you can click on the Start Button (Windows logo button at the bottom-left corner) and then type in File Explorer and hit Enter.
- On the left side of the File Explorer window click on THIS PC.
- Look under Network locations and double click on your network drive. (The most common setup has the Network Drive letter Z and has "ELMO" before the main computer's name)
- After refreshing your network drive, close this window and try Elmo.

Some other troubleshooting steps to resolving an error #15 message is as simple as restarting your computers, checking to make sure your firewall isn't blocking the connection, and making sure both computers are on the same network.
